This is a wonderful idea Ria, and thanks for choosing the Felicity's books, I have them all now, yesterday I received the shortstory collection even. It can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to receive them from my local amazon.
Only this afternoon I was reading Addy learns a lesson and Addy's Surprise to my niece. I'm glad I can have my fingers do the talking now and don't have to use my voice, it sure needs a rest.
Ah, great minds must think alike. LOL
What I am trying to say is that I was just planning on starting the Felicity series and I was thinking how nice it would be if someone were to read it with me. THANK YOU for your great idea of having a book discussion here on hostboard. You are a genius. [img]graemlins/idea.gif[/img]

I just read through all of Felicity's books except "Meet" for the first time yesterday (Yes, I was going to wait and get them with new covers, but The Code called too strongly...), and was planning on going back through them with an eye towards how I would edit it down into a movie.
You can count me in too. I loooove Felicity's books!!

Awesome idea, Ria! Count me in. Give me an excuse to go ahead and read through them all again so I can finish my TWW articles, lol.
I know it's a bit to early, but I came up with some questions
1. Have you ever been in situation like Felicity's? Do you think what she did was morally right despite the fact that it conflicted with the laws of 1774? What other actions might of Felicty taken? Do you think Felicty is a good role model in this book?
2. Do you think Felicity would have had as much empathy for Penny and try to help the situation if she were not a horse-lover?
3. There are obviously very little or no laws punishing animal creulity in this book. What other modern things do we take for granted?
4. Do you think Felicty might differ if she were a middle child? A youngest child? An only child? Do you think Felicity's being eldest child is relevant to the story? Do you think it effects her personality?
5. Do you think Felicty has matured a bit in this book? Why or why not?
I'm all questioned out! Now I need to find thre book LOL
BTW, there is a really old thread that is a book discussion on Meet Felicity.
